Chef Matteo Clivati was born and raised in Milan, Italy. His passion for food began at a very young age while working in his family’s pastry shop, Pasticceria Clivati. Before moving to San Francisco and then Fort Worth, Chef Clivati worked in notable restaurants such as Nobu and Sadler Ristorante. In Fort Worth, he has worked at Taverna, Piattello, and Wicked Butcher, as well as for Tim Love.
